Internship
Harmony House is pleased to announce its second round of intern training/mentoring. As a centre dedicated to inclusion and consulting ABA services we are excited to move towards training interns. The internship will commence in January 2010.
The prospective intern should have:
· Worked with at least 6-10 children over the past three years. The children worked with should have been of varying levels in their programming (various ages and programming focus)
· Worked as a lead for over 2 years with 3 children
· Had experience in school settings as :SEA/therapist/preschool assistant (desirable)
· Be available to train for 12 months starting January 2010.
The prospective intern will begin training in January 2010 . Training will include both class time and field work under the supervision of an ACT approved consultant. The prospective intern must have a Bachelor’s in psychology or related field (education/social work) and must be willing and qualified to pursue a Master’s degree.
